Creamy Salsa Crudité Dip

Creamy Salsa Crudite Dip

What are you making on Super Bowl Sunday?  Between the chili, the buffalo wings and those smothered nachos things can really get out of hand in both the fat and calorie departments.  So among the more decadent offerings I intend to throw in something a little lighter for the guests that want something healthy in the mix.

This Creamy Salsa Crudité Dip is a great healthy option. And it’s a nice alternative to the popular Velveeta salsa dip that people just seem to love throwing into the microwave just before the big game.  That dip is good while it’s hot but when that popular queso dip reaches room temperature it can become a gloppy disaster.  And this creamy salsa dip is infinitely healthier.  Alright, “infinitely” might be overstating the case, but this dip is definitely far more nutritious than Queso. Besides, a lot of people made resolutions a few weeks back which can quickly evaporate during the Super Bowl party.  This creamy salsa crudité platter will be appreciated by those guests that are still trying hard to not to veer too far off their road to healthier eating.  Trust me, some of your guests will be smiling.
